and most commercial insurance plans. We participate with

• Prepaid Medical Assistance (Minnesota only)
• MinnesotaCare
• Medicare
• Preferred One
• Medica
• UCare (Two Harbors only)
• Other commercial insurance
We
file claims directly for many plans; please check with us
to see if your insurer has arranged for this service. If you
belong to an HMO, please follow your group’s procedures
to ensure your charges will be paid. Please call your clinic’s
business office if you have questions about insurance.
